駱占斌，男，1991年9月生，漢族，博士，講師。2014年西北農林科技大學土地資源管理專業本科畢業，2019年中國礦業大學土地資源管理專業碩士畢業，2023年西北農林科技大學土壤學專業博士畢業。
研究方向與興趣：
國土空間保護與修複，水土資源高效利用，生态碳彙
